*A power user is someone who uses 1 or more of the following:
- 5 or more tick charts
- 10 or more interval charts
- 15 or more drawn objects on a chart (either through EFS or the line toolbar)
- CPU-intensive EFS or back testing studies (using multiple loops, global variables, etc.)
- Tracking of a high number of active symbols
- Tracking of E-minis in a chart or in a Market Depth window

Important Notice
At a minimum, you need to have Microsoft Internet Explorer (MSIE), version 6.0, installed on your PC to use the software. You can still use Netscape outside of the software to access the Internet. However, the software uses MSIE 6.0 to open an embedded browser window to view news, the Trader's Toolbox within eSignal Central, and to browse any website from within the software. If you do not have MSIE, download the latest version.

Attention, Microsoft Windows 98 and NT Users
With the continued changes to the eSignal product, we can no longer support the Windows NT or Windows 98 operating systems. While eSignal may continue to work for some users on NT and Windows 98, we recommend that you upgrade to a newer operating system before installing the release.

3.	You plan to furnish the information to any other person(s).
4.	You are a securities broker-dealer, registered representative, investment advisor, investment banker, futures commission merchant, commodities introducing broker or commodity trading advisor, money manager, member of the Securities Exchange or Association or Futures Contract market, or any owner, partner, or associated person of the foregoing.
