eSignal KnowledgeBase
The eSignal KnowledgeBase is a collection of articles written by our eSignal Support staff. These articles will inform you about the many tools available in eSignal and teach you how to use them.
You can access the eSignal KnowledgeBase through the eSignal application, under "Support" in the menu bar.

Or, you can access it through the eSignal website by going to www.esignal.com, selecting "SUPPORT", then "Product Support", and clicking "eSignal".

We made the eSignal KnowledgeBase easy to use. You'll find a collection of clearly written articles, along with easy-to-follow graphics and links to training videos. The main page features a search function that will display results for any topic or keyword you enter. On the left side, we have categorized each topic by folder. Simply click on the folder to display the corresponding articles.

Once you've located the article for the topic you were searching for, you'll notice a panel on the right side of the page. This panel offers an assortment of helpful features, including the ability to print, email or bookmark the article. Also, there is a Subscribe option that allows you to be alerted, via email, each time new content is introduced to that article.
