Overview
eSignal offers online account maintenance for non-professional customers who wish to manage their own account(s) in this way, including the ability to:
- Add / delete services (exchanges, add-on services and so on)
- Pay their bill
- Change passwords
- Restart an account
- View billing history
- Confirm the cycle date
- Update credit card information
- Upgrade the monthly plan for a prepaid plan (the pre-paid plan will begin at the next billing cycle)
- Obtain year-end statements
- Register for seminars
Accessing Account Maintenance
To access Account Maintenance, you can go to www.esignal.com, click on "Support" and then click on "Billing / Account Help".
Account Maintenance is also accessible through the eSignal application.

To log in to Account Maintenance, you will need your eSignal product username and password.

Once you log in to Account Maintenance, you will get the following menu:

One of the features most used in Account Maintenance is the Add / Cancel Add-On Service. When you click "Add / Cancel Add-On Service", you will get a menu from which you can select different products on your account. Click "Continue", and you will get a menu listing for services that can be added to your product. Click "Continue" again if you want to see what is available from the other categories, or, if you are done, just click "Complete Transaction".
