Given the support you get these days from most companies, I was really concerned about what the people at eSignal would do for me. But, with eSignal, no worries! The young man who helped me, Jeff Werthman, was as helpful as a person could hope for. Although Jeff was not immediately able to help me with some problems I was experiencing loading charts, it was evident that he was going way above and beyond to try to find a solution for me. It was, after all, at the close of the markets on a Friday. He subsequently kept his word with regard to follow-up calls in a timely manner. Then, on a Monday morning, I spoke with a young lady from your customer service department named Lori. She had my service up and running in practically no time at all and then spent a considerable amount of time making sure I was able to use your service the way I had hoped to.
